Aquapalace Praha

Čestlice

Aquapalace Praha is a sports and relaxation complex and aquapark in the village of Čestlice in the Prague-East district, right at Prague's south-eastern edge and close to exit 6 of the D1 motorway. Opened to the public on 5 May 2008, it has since become one of the most visited tourist destinations in all of Czechia.

At the heart of the complex is a 9,150 m² water world divided into three themed areas – the Palace of Treasures, the Palace of Adventure and the Palace of Relaxation. This means there's something for a family with children looking for slides and fun, as well as for visitors after pure relaxation. The complex also offers a sauna world, spa and wellness, fitness, the Balneo & Medical health facility and its own hotel, combining experience, recovery and accommodation under one roof.

The numbers speak for the complex's popularity: according to CzechTourism visitor figures, it welcomed around 1.14 million people in 2024, ranking 4th overall among tourist destinations in Czechia and 1st in the entertainment category.

Its location right by the D1 motorway on the edge of Prague makes Aquapalace an ideal stop – whether you're heading into the capital for sightseeing or looking for something to do on a rainy day. A visit to the water world is easy to combine with exploring Prague and its surroundings. Choosing accommodation in Čestlice or nearby puts the aquapark just a short hop away, letting you enjoy the whole day unhurried, with the option to return the next day too.
