At 55 metres, Brankovský Waterfall is the highest waterfall in the Low Tatras and a designated national natural monument. It's located above the settlement of Podsuchá at the mouth of the Revúcka Valley, on the western foot of Veľký Brankov near Ružomberok. A pleasant forest trail leads to the falls, rewarding visitors with the sight of water splashing down several rock steps. It's an easy yet impressive destination that can be combined with a trip toward Donovaly from accommodation in Liptov.
