Cieplice Śląskie-Zdrój is the historic spa district of Jelenia Góra and one of the oldest spa towns in Poland. It has the country's warmest thermal springs, used to treat musculoskeletal problems, rheumatism and eye ailments. Stroll through the well-tended spa park with Baroque pavilions, a palace and promenades dating from the 18th and 19th centuries. The peaceful spa atmosphere is a perfect complement to active trips into the surrounding Karkonosze Mountains.
