Janské Lázně is a well-known mountain spa in the eastern Krkonoše, famous for its healing warm spring and specialized treatment of the musculoskeletal system. From the town, the only eight-seat gondola lift in the Czech Republic runs to the top of Černá hora, where a lookout tower, a peat-bog nature trail and ski slopes await. The spa promenade, clean mountain air and forest paths invite relaxation year-round. Its location on the edge of the national park makes it a pleasant base for mountain excursions.
