Kriváň

Thanks to its distinctive curved summit, Kriváň is considered the most beautiful peak of the High Tatras and is a powerful national symbol of Slovakia. The ascent is a marked but demanding full-day hike, rewarded with a breathtaking view of the Tatra ridge, Liptov and the Podtatranská Basin. The route usually starts from Tri studničky or Jamské pleso and is one of the most rewarding hiking experiences in the region.
