Lookout tower · Praha a okolie
Petřínská rozhledna
Praha
Petřín Lookout Tower is a steel observation tower from 1891, shaped like a smaller version of the Eiffel Tower in Paris, though considerably shorter. It stands on the wooded Petřín Hill, accessible on foot or by a historic funicular, and on a clear day its observation deck offers views as far as distant Czech mountain ranges. Around the tower spread orchards, a rose garden, and a mirror maze, popular for family outings. It's a peaceful counterpoint to the city's bustle and a great spot for a photo of all of Prague.
