Ostaš is a table mountain above Police nad Metují with an impressive rock city full of sandstone towers, ravines and pseudokarst caves. Visitors pass through the Upper and Lower Labyrinths and formations such as Kočičí skály, Zrádce and Čertovo auto. From the Frýdlantská skála viewpoint you can see the Krkonoše mountains and the Adršpach-Teplice Rocks. The easy circular route is a popular family outing and a great destination for a stay in the region.
