Dobšiná Ice Cave is one of Europe's most significant ice caves and is inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Visitors admire massive ice walls, columns and frozen waterfalls, with ice thickness reaching several metres in places. The cave lies on the edge of the Slovak Paradise near Dobšiná and was one of the first electrically lit caves in the world. Thanks to its location, it makes a great day trip from accommodation around Dobšiná or Stratená.
