Kláštorisko
Letanovce
Kláštorisko is the only settlement right in the middle of the Slovak Paradise and also an important hiking-trail junction. Here you'll find the exposed ruins of a medieval Carthusian monastery, Skala útočišťa, dating from the turn of the 13th and 14th centuries. The site is accessible only on foot, for example via the Suchá Belá or Prielom Hornádu gorges, and offers refreshments as well as quiet spots with views. It makes a good destination for day-trippers staying in Hrabušice, Letanovce or Spišská Nová Ves.
