Kalwaria Zebrzydowska is a major pilgrimage site inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List. It comprises a Bernardine monastery with a basilica and an extensive Mannerist Calvary park featuring dozens of chapels and small churches scattered across the landscape. The site is especially known for its spectacular Passion plays during Holy Week. The peaceful area southwest of Kraków offers accommodation suited to pilgrims and tourists alike.
