Kvačianska dolina – vodné mlyny Oblazy

The Kvačianska Valley is one of Liptov's most beautiful karst gorges, where a trail follows a mountain stream past small waterfalls and rock walls. Its highlight is the water mills at Oblazy — a preserved 19th-century technical monument with a working mill wheel and wooden sawmill. The walk through the valley from the village of Kvačany is easy, rewarded by a romantic corner where nature and human craft exist in perfect harmony. Together with the neighbouring Prosiecka Valley, it forms a popular hiking loop accessible from anywhere in Liptov.
