Ostružná

Ramzová (German: Ramsau) is a mountain village in the Olomouc Region, in the Jeseník district. Administratively it forms part of the village of Ostružná, lying about 1 km to the north-east of it. Together with nearby Petříkov, it forms a well-known base for visitors to this part of the Jeseníky Mountains.

A location right in the mountains is the area's main draw. Both Ramzová and Petříkov lie in one of the most beautiful corners of the Olomouc Region, surrounded by the slopes and forests of the Jeseníky range, making them a pleasant place to stay in the mountains. The region around Jeseník is one of the Czech Republic's traditional mountain areas, and Ramzová is a typical example of it – a small, peaceful village that serves as a convenient starting point for exploring the surroundings.

The atmosphere of the place comes above all from its mountain character and the accessibility of the surrounding slopes and trails. Ramzová and Petříkov suit visitors looking for peace, clean mountain air and closeness to nature away from the bustle of big resorts. It's precisely this relaxed, friendly atmosphere that draws people who want to spend their time actively yet calmly.
