Roháčsky vodopád

Zuberec

The Roháčsky waterfall drops from a height of about 23 metres on the Roháčsky stream in the Zelená dolina valley in the northern Western Tatras above Zuberec. Its flow ranges from 500 to 1200 litres per second and is at its strongest during spring snowmelt or after heavy rain. It lies on a popular hiking trail leading to the Ťatliakova chata mountain hut and onward to the Roháčske plesá tarns. It makes a rewarding family day trip from accommodation in Zuberec or Habovka.
