The lookout tower on Devínska Kobyla stands at the highest point in Bratislava, at 514 m above sea level, above the Devínska Nová Ves district. Its unusual steel structure with several terraces resembles a praying mantis and offers panoramic views of the Little Carpathians, Bratislava, and neighbouring Austria, Hungary and the Czech Republic. A pleasant hike through the woods of the Devínska Kobyla Nature Reserve leads to the tower. It is a popular destination for walks and a great addition to a stay near the capital.
