Muzeum Budownictwa Ludowego w Sanoku
Sanok
The Museum of Folk Architecture in Sanok is the largest open-air museum in Poland and one of the finest in Central Europe. Across its extensive grounds you'll find over a hundred original wooden buildings — cottages, mills, churches and Orthodox churches — grouped by the ethnic groups of the Boykos, Lemkos, Dolinians and Pogórzans. It also includes a reconstructed Galician town with a marketplace and a rich collection of icons. A visit is an experience for the whole family, and Sanok is a convenient gateway to the entire Bieszczady region.
