Súľovské skaly

The Súľov Rocks are a national nature reserve full of bizarre rock towers, gates and windows formed by the weathering of conglomerate rock. A marked circular nature trail runs past the rock formations, viewpoints, a waterfall and the ruins of Súľov Castle. Thanks to its gentle profile, the route suits families and less experienced hikers and ranks among the most beautiful in the Žilina area. It's a popular full-day nature trip from accommodation in the Malá Fatra region.
