Lednice
Lednice Château is a grand neo-Gothic residence of the Liechtenstein family, which together with the surrounding landscape forms the Lednice-Valtice Area, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Richly decorated interiors, a palm-house greenhouse and an extensive English-style park with ponds attract visitors year-round. The park leads all the way to the romantic Minaret or the artificial ruin of Janův hrad. Accommodation in Lednice or the surrounding area is ideal for exploring the châteaux and the wine region of southern Moravia.
