Gombasecká jaskyňa
Slavec
Gombasek Cave in the Slovak Karst is inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List and owes its fame chiefly to the exceptionally thin, long drip-tube stalactites hanging from the ceiling. The tour route passes colourful dripstone formations, small lakes and vividly coloured sinter cascades. The cave is located near the village of Slavec, not far from Rožňava. Thanks to its proximity to other karst attractions, it is a great trip idea during a stay in the region.
