Krupówki
Zakopane
Krupówki is Zakopane's main pedestrian promenade and the beating heart of the town beneath the Tatras. The street, over a kilometre long, is packed with shops, restaurants, cafés and stalls selling highland delicacies, including smoked oscypek cheese. Wooden houses in the Zakopane style line the way, along with churches and the Tatra Museum, with Giewont peak visible in the background. As the town's central hub, Krupówki is a perfect base for accommodation and exploring the region.
