Praděd
Malá Morávka
At 1,492 m, Praděd is the highest peak of Moravia and the entire Jeseníky Mountains. On its rounded summit stands a television transmitter with a publicly accessible observation tower, from which, on a clear day, you can see as far as Sněžka, Lysá hora, and occasionally even the Tatras. The surrounding mountain meadows and bare ridges are a paradise for hikers in summer and cross-country skiers in winter. A chalet or guesthouse in Malá Morávka or Karlova Studánka is an ideal base for climbing Praděd and hiking the Jeseníky Mountains.
