The bison reserve near Topoľčianky, in the cadastral area of the village of Lovce, is the only place in Slovakia where European bison — the largest land animals in Europe — are kept. A short forest nature trail leads from the car park to the spacious enclosure, where these majestic animals can be observed. It is a popular, easy trip ideal for families with children. It is located in the forests near Topoľčianky and the national stud farm.
