Aqualand Moravia
Pasohlávky
Aqualand Moravia is among the largest and most modern aquaparks in Moravia, located in the village of Pasohlávky in the Brno-venkov district, just a short distance from the Nové Mlýny reservoirs. Opened on 1 August 2013, the complex was designed from the start as a year-round wellness and entertainment centre for the whole family.
At the heart of the aquapark is thermal water supplied by the Mušov-3G geothermal borehole at around 46 °C – thanks to which the heated pools can be enjoyed even in winter. The water area exceeds 3,000 m² and is divided into sixteen pools. Adrenaline is provided by 24 water slides, while a wellness zone with thirty types of sauna, a café and a restaurant invite relaxation.
The complex handles even peak-season crowds well – its capacity reaches around 6,500 visitors in summer and 3,000 in winter, so there's plenty of room. The Hotel Aqualand Inn also operates directly within the complex, making Pasohlávky a convenient base for a multi-day stay without unnecessary travel.
Its location at the southern tip of Moravia, close to Brno and the wine region of Mikulov, means a visit to Aqualand is easily combined with exploring the surroundings – cycling trips around Pálava, tastings at local wineries, or relaxing by the Nové Mlýny reservoirs. Choosing accommodation within reach lets you drop into the aquapark any time of day and dedicate the rest of your time to nearby attractions. Thanks to its year-round operation, Pasohlávky is an appealing destination in every season – from summer swimming to winter relaxation in warm thermal water.
