Hrad Červený Kameň
Častá
Červený Kameň Castle lies in the Small Carpathians near the village of Častá. Originally a medieval castle, it was rebuilt in the 16th century by the Fugger family into a mighty fortress with extensive vaulted cellars. It later belonged to the Pálffy family, who converted it into a splendid noble residence. Today it houses a museum with period furniture and collections.
