Smolenice
Driny is the only show cave open to the public in western Slovakia, located in the Smolenice Karst southwest of Smolenice. The tour route winds through narrow passages and chambers adorned with stalactites, flowstone and delicate curtain formations. The constant low temperature and humidity make it a pleasant destination even on hot summer days. Combined with Smolenice Castle and the Jahodník recreation area, it makes for an ideal full-day family outing.
