Františkovy Lázně
Františkovy Lázně is the oldest Classicist spa town in the Czech Republic and, together with Karlovy Vary and Mariánské Lázně, forms the spa triangle listed by UNESCO. Symmetrical yellow houses, manicured parks, and colonnades with mineral springs create a unique atmosphere in this town devoted to healing. One of its symbols is the small statue of the boy Franz, which superstition says should be touched for good luck. The town is an ideal peaceful place to stay, offering plenty of walks and excursions in the area.
