Punkevní jeskyně a Macocha
Blansko
Punkva Caves are the most visited caves in the Moravian Karst, famous for a unique tour ending with a boat trip along the underground Punkva River. Part of the experience is the bottom of the Macocha Abyss, the deepest abyss of its kind in Central Europe at over 138 metres deep. From above, you can peer into the abyss from two viewing platforms, reachable also by cable car. A cottage or guesthouse near Blansko is a great base for exploring the caves and canyons of the Moravian Karst.
