Pustevny is a popular mountain saddle in the Moravian-Silesian Beskids, famous for the Art Nouveau timber buildings Libušín and Maměnka designed by architect Dušan Jurkovič. You'll also find the Stezka Valaška treetop walkway here and the start of the ridge trail to the statue of the pagan god Radegast and Radhošť. Pustevny is conveniently reached by chairlift from Trojanovice; it's a ski spot in winter and draws hikers and cyclists in summer. Thanks to its central Beskids location, it's an ideal base for accommodation and trips around the whole region.
