Radhošť a socha Radegasta

Trojanovice

Radhošť is one of the most famous and spiritually significant peaks in the Beskids, topped by a stone chapel of Saints Cyril and Methodius. On the ridge between Pustevny and the summit stands the iconic statue of the pagan god Radegast, one of the most photographed motifs in Wallachia. On a clear day the summit offers far-reaching views of the Beskids and more distant ranges. The pleasant ridge walk from Pustevny makes Radhošť a great destination while staying in the surrounding Beskids villages.
