Lookout tower · Piešťany a Malé Karpaty
Rozhľadňa Veľká homoľa
Modra
Alexander Filípek's wooden lookout tower on Veľká homoľa hill rises over 20 meters above the forests of the Malé Karpaty. On a clear day, the viewing platform offers a panoramic view of the Malé Karpaty, Považský Inovec, Tribeč, and even the distant Austrian Alps. Marked trails lead to the tower from Zochova chata and from Modra, suitable for families with children too. It's one of the most popular hiking destinations near Bratislava and Modra.
