Slavkov u Brna
Slavkov u Brna Chateau is a grand baroque residence in the town made famous by Napoleon's 1805 Battle of the Three Emperors, also known as the Battle of Austerlitz. The chateau's salons, where the armistice was signed after the battle, now house exhibitions on the estate's history and the famous battle. Its stately halls, chapel and French park draw visitors year-round. The town is a starting point for exploring the Slavkov battlefield and the nearby Cairn of Peace (Mohyla míru).
