Jezerní slať
Kvilda
Jezerní slať is one of the best-known mountain peat bogs of Šumava, lying in a frost hollow near Kvilda. A comfortable wooden boardwalk crosses the delicate landscape of pools, mountain pine and carnivorous sundew without harming the bog. It also features a lookout tower giving views over the whole bog and surrounding hills. Thanks to its location on the road from Kvilda to Borová Lada, it's an easy and popular destination for the whole family.
