Štramberk Trúba is a massive cylindrical tower of a medieval castle rising above the historic centre of the picturesque town of Štramberk. Climbing the stairs to the top rewards visitors with a circular view of the heritage reserve of wooden houses, Kotouč hill and the Beskids ridges. The town's atmosphere has earned it the nickname "Moravian Bethlehem," and it's also famous for the sweet honey pastries called Štramberk ears. Štramberk with its Trúba tower is a rewarding day-trip destination and pleasant stop when staying in the Lašská brána gateway to the Beskids.
